Is trying to fit in with her elf friends, and so she has heard of anthro dragons... and... Neither of us can figure out how to change into one!

Turn into? We're born that way. Either a half-dragon or a pure-blood anthro (sometimes known as a Draconid, hence the name) like m'self. ...That or some sort of spell was used. Unless, of course, the dragon in question can naturally shape-shift, like Syl. Then they can turn into whatever the heck they want. Out of curiosity, why'd you need to know?

Okay, I have a question, that I am sure that you can answer: How do dragons turn into anthro-dragons?
Just something that I really, really need to know...
